　　劉寧輝：1950年出生于重慶，中共黨員，齋號：丁香雅聚、芳草堂、松寧閣主人。中國國藝人民書畫院理事;中國鄉(xiāng)土藝術協(xié)會會員;編入文化部文化藝術人才資料數據庫;國家一級美術師;中南海國禮中心藝術家;人民美術報理事會副主席;北京東方翰林書畫院名譽副院長;美協(xié)會會員;中國藝術家收藏協(xié)會名譽副會長;中國城市發(fā)展研究會城市藝術專業(yè)委員會(書畫)會員;重慶文化藝術品行業(yè)協(xié)會顧問;畫圣吳道子藝術研究館研究員;重慶市攝影家協(xié)會會員。深造于中國書畫涵授大學、中國攝影涵授大學。授教于姚志華、劉紹勇、白雪石、梁樹年、黃潤華等教授。

　　Liu Ninghui: born in 1950 in Chongqing, member of the Communist Party of China, Zhai No.: owner of lilac Yaju, fangcaotang and Songning Pavilion. 　　范曾老師對劉寧輝先生的作品點評如下：觀賞劉先生藝術結晶，作品給人以造型生動，構圖多變，色彩明麗，雋氺淡雅之印象。他用筆灑脫，格調清新。濃厚中寓清淡，嚴謹中見靈活。細觀之，其畫潑墨點染，把物象刻劃得豐富又生動飽滿，使畫面呈現出清新秀麗的意境，從而更加優(yōu)美、細膩、流暢、樸拙、生動。“繼承古法，有所創(chuàng)新，藝無止境，不斷前進?！眲⑾壬鷮τ诠诺渌囆g，不僅學習技法，而且體會了其中的韻致。有了很好的領悟，并且在循序漸進中不斷探索，最終，形成自己獨有的藝術風格。

　　2017年由中國文聯出版社出版發(fā)行孝經《駱承烈著》劉大為、劉寧輝、范曾、鐵凝圖文同步編入。2018年劉寧輝書畫藝術在環(huán)球行之書畫國內快訊、環(huán)球行收藏網、人民網海外版作了重點介紹。中央新聞電影制片廠老故事頻道《筑夢空間》制作;建國七十周年當代杰出藝術家展播--劉寧輝.人民號--匯聚人民的力量。2019年由中國國際出版社出版發(fā)行一帶一路·一代名師《蘇士樹、范迪安、劉寧輝》。蘇士樹主席給劉寧輝先生提寫榜書《人民藝術家》。2020年04月—“防控疫情—眾志成城--藝術家在行動藝術展覽”中，為祖國做出杰出貢獻，中華人民共和國文化和旅游部，特授予“藝術界抗疫英雄”榮譽稱號。

　　In 2017, Liu Dawei, Liu Ninghui, fan Zeng and Tie Ning, the works of Luo Chenglie, published by China Federation of literary and Art Press, were compiled simultaneously. 　　授十九大題賀活動組委會特別邀請為中國共產黨第十九次全國代表大會題賀。與靳尚誼同刋在第一頻道同時刋出。同時授予“中共十九大題賀藝術名家”榮譽稱號。

　　山水畫參加中國國家畫院〔國展〕美術中心和北京中藝博雅科技文化友限公司聯合主辦“時代新聲·文化自信”一全國優(yōu)秀名家作品大展。
